I am late again. But this week is just, how do I say it, so that it doesn’t look like I’m dying?
Okay, counting from yesterday, for the next ten days, I’m going to recieve the results of all the exams I’ve taken.
And it’s becoming too hard for me to maintain my composure.
Maybe if I was just left alone with whatever rank and marks I’ve got, then I would probably take less time to recover.
But when do we really get what we want?
Trying to not lose your mind over your results is not even half the pain when compared to everyone’s else’s view about your performance.
“You could have done better.”
“Your cousins did better when they were of your age.”
“How will you get a good college with that score?”
“Oh, don’t take it to heart, maybe that’s your limit y’now?”
“You didn’t put in that much of seriousness, did you?”
“Are you sure about your decisions so far?”
“What is your second option in case you don’t get the college you want?”
“Stop acting like your rank is the worst you could have got. Your own cousin got much less marks and was at least happy. So stop acting like you have all the problems in the world.”
“I had expected more from you.”
The last statement, is where I break.
I have no say in what you can expect from me. Which means it’s not my problem that you are disappointed and not satisfied.
I’m sorry about that, but right now I seriously don’t have any kind of a outlet. All I do the entire day is read Mortal Instruments, comics on webtoons and paint.
This waiting phase (results, counselling and application) is probably the worse. Cause you just sit there being a nobody (something you should have been used to from the last two years in a pre university, but you can never be) and just wait. Wait, so that you get a professional college and finally remove this identity crisis tag pasted on you.
Why am I drowning you in my worries?
Eh, I’ll surely get over it.
Coming back to the 30 days photo challenge, since I didn’t post from the past two days, including today, it’ll be Day 9,10 and 11.

And here’s the image I found on pinterest that I’m using for this challenge:
So for Day 9 we have:
Okay, the best blue thing that could have happened recently was….
I got a new book! Stephen King!
I don’t know when I’ll find time to read this (I still have 20+ books and 8+pdfs pending) but still I GOT A NEW BOOK!
Okay, for Day 10:
Here’s a recent picture I took with all the lights off.
Juggling between dark and light whilst stuck in the grey.
For Day 11 (today) we have:
No place like home
I’m guessing I need to post a picture of a part of my home. But what makes home, “home”?
At least, for now it is
That’s it for now!
See you tomorrow (hopefully)
