Though, I do find some quotes too cheesy to be taken seriously, I don’t deny that there are some very awesome ones, which makes you stop in your tracks and let’s you persuade yourself to save that image, despite being aware of that all-time annoying notification that says you have no storage space left.
Hence, this is one amazing challenge.
And I’d like to thank PTSD Gal, for inviting me to participate in this challenge! I do admit that this is another great way of bringing up a chain of self-motivation posts. So thank you, once again!
My first entry is with reference to the animated film Tangled. (Okay, I’ll avoid the description part. I mean, who hasn’t heard of it?)
Here’s my quote.
It can take a little extra believing for some dreams to come true.
Being a die-hard Tangled fan, and having watched the movie so many times, I don’t quite remember coming across this quote in the movie ever.
Yet, doesn’t it state the storyline’s central message so clearly? And I guess, that’s why I ignored the storage notification.
Despite how many times you fall, how many people pull you back, how many times you realise you are going in roundabouts instead of straight, and desite how much everything feels like it’s falling apart and you just know you can’t hold onto anything anymore, all you really need to do is, pause, take a breath, believe , believe again and try again. It’s tough initially. It doesn’t make sense nor does it look like it’s paying off one bit. Yet, in long run, those small efforts on each individual days are going to add up to create something that you knew only in dreams. And that is when you’ll thank yourself for that ‘extra-believing’.
To keep up the chain, here are the rules:
- Thank the person who nominated you.
- Post a quote for three consecutive days (1 quote for each day).
- Share why this quote appeals so much to you.
- Nominate 3 different bloggers for each day.
The three bloggers I’m nominating for Day1:
K, good day!
